Intended Coaching
Intended Participants
- Individuals who are starting from scratch and want to develop professional coaching skills while working toward an independent ICF credential application.
- Individuals who are already coaches and want advanced coach education, mentor coaching and assessed practice that may support the applicable ICF credential pathway.
- Individuals who may not wish to become professional coaches nor gain an ICF credential but see value in acquiring coaching skills and competencies which are valuable professionally and personally.
Learning Outcome
What You Will Learn
- Understand the ICF definition of coaching and be able to articulate clearly what coaching is and what coaching is not.
- Know the ICF Code of Ethics and be committed to abide by it at all times.
- Know and understand the ICF Core Competencies, bringing them to life in each of their coaching sessions with every client.
- Complete coach education supporting the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential pathway.
Programme benefits
Learning that becomes practice
- 131 hours of coach-specific training organized in a scope and sequence that encourages your growth as a coach.
- 10 hours of Mentor Coaching over four months (7 hours in group and 3 hours one-on-one).
- Your first 60 hours of coaching experience with at least five clients, under our supervision.
- 6 performance evaluations, including three recordings.
- Preparation for the ICF Credentialing Exam; the examination and credential decision are administered independently by ICF.
The only commitment we require from our participants is to commit to International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics.
Published cohorts are delivered live online via MS Teams in English.
