Professional Certificate in Coaching
The same way everyone can be coached, everyone can be a coach. As such, there are no entry requirements but the desire to be a coach and to coach. The only commitment we require from our participants is to commit to International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics.

Learning Outcome
While the courses are open to all, it is designed with three markets in mind:

Individuals who are starting from scratch, wishing to become a professional coach and gain an ICF credential.

Individuals who are already coaches but have yet to meet the developmental requirements for an ICF credential and thus wish to meet these requirements to gain their credential.

Individuals who may not wish to become professional coaches nor gain an ICF credential but see value in acquiring coaching skills and competencies which are valuable professionally and personally.

Understand the ICF definition of coaching and be able to articulate clearly what coaching is and what coaching is not.

Know the ICF Code of Ethics and be committed to abide by it at all.

Know and understand the ICF Core Competencies, bringing them to life in each of their coaching sessions with every client.

Meet the developmental requirements of ICF ‘Professional Certified Coach‘ credential.
Our course offer

131 hours of coach-specific training organized in a scope and sequence that encourages your growth as a coach.
-
10 hours of Mentor Coaching over four months (7 hours in group and 3 hours one-on-one).
-
Your first 60 hours of coaching experience with at least five clients, under our supervision.
-
6 performance evaluations, including three recordings.
-
Preparation for the the Coach Knowledge Assessment.
