Force Majeure
Refunds are not issued for a course that is postponed or altered due to circumstances beyond Morphosis reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, significant weather events, government orders or any other force majeure event.
Anyone looking to make a claim, submit a complaint, or request compensation for any reason must do so in writing or email within 30 days of the course commencement date. Any and all supporting documentation to the claim or complaint must accompany the written letter or email.
Any claim or complaint received by Morphosis after this deadline will not be accepted or reviewed. Morphosis reserves the right to honor or resolve these claims at its exclusive discretion.
Any cancellations will result in the following reimbursement structure:

For a cancellation request received 30 days or more prior to the commencement of the course, the participant will receive:

An 80 % refund of the price of the course, or
-
A 100 % credit which can be used towards any Morphosis future courses or products.

For a cancellation request between 29 and 8 days prior to the commencement of the course, the participant will receive:

An 50 % refund of the price of the course, or
-
An 80 % credit which can be used towards any Morphosis future courses or products.

For a cancellation request 7 days or less prior to the commencement of the course, the participant will receive:

A 50 % credit which can be used towards any Morphosis future courses or products.

The credit is valid for one year from the commencement of the course. Alternatively, the participant can substitute him/herself with a replacement participant for the same course at no additional cost.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Participants have the option to choose an early bird course fee or the regular course fee for coach certification. The early bird fee is payable in full upon registration and no later than six weeks prior to the commencement of the course. The regular fee is payable in full upon registration and no later than two weeks prior to the commencement of the course, by which time registration closes.

For Maybank credit card holders (Amex, Visa & Mastercard) in Malaysia, the EzyPay interest-free instalment payment is available, in six, twelve or twenty four monthly instalment.
