Privacy Policy

An enquiry asks for your first and last name, email, mobile number, country or territory, programme or service interest, enquiry purpose, how you heard about us and message. We also record the page from which you enquire, your communication choice and the time and version of the notice you acknowledge.

Testimonial submissions may include a photograph and require separate publication permission. Please do not send identity documents, passwords, medical records or other sensitive personal information through these forms.

We use enquiry details to answer your questions and arrange the support or programme information you request. Depending on your request and the law that applies, this may be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, or for our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and protecting the service. A privacy acknowledgement is not permission for unrelated marketing.

Website security controls use limited technical information to prevent misuse. Enquiries are held in a restricted database and may be sent to our team using our email service. We do not publish enquiry details as public website content.

The Stay connected choice covers coaching insights, community updates, programmes, events and promotional offers by email. It starts unchecked. If you select it, you must confirm using a link sent to your email before updates become active. Declining does not affect your enquiry.

You can withdraw permission using the private email-preferences link, or by emailing info@morphosiscoaching.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out before withdrawal. Service replies about your enquiry are separate from optional marketing.

We ask separately before publishing your testimonial, name or supplied photo. Submissions are reviewed; submitting does not guarantee publication. To request removal or withdraw publication permission, email info@morphosiscoaching.com and identify the testimonial.

Website hosting, database and email providers help us operate the service; Postmark is used for email delivery when configured. Clerk provides authentication for member and administrator accounts and processes sign-in and account-verification information under its own privacy terms. The Morphosis database retains the account identifiers, profile details, access state and sign-in records required to operate those accounts.

Providers and authorised members of our team may process information outside your country. Applicable transfer safeguards depend on the countries and providers involved. Contact us for current processor locations and information about safeguards before submitting information if this affects your decision.

Following links to assessments, community portals or social networks takes you to services with their own privacy notices. Their policies and terms govern information you give them.

Enquiry records, communication preferences and evidence of choices are handled separately. Information should be kept only as long as necessary for the purpose, applicable obligations and the handling of disputes or requests. Contact info@morphosiscoaching.com for the retention period applicable to your information or to request deletion. Withdrawing marketing does not necessarily remove an enquiry needed to respond to you or minimal records needed to honour an opt-out.

We use access restrictions and validation controls to help protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, object to certain uses and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority, including Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Commissioner or the authority in your jurisdiction where applicable.

Send requests to info@morphosiscoaching.com. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity before releasing or changing records. We will consider your request under the law that applies; this notice does not replace or limit mandatory rights.

The public site currently loads no optional analytics or advertising tracking. A local browser preference remembers your essential-only cookie choice for up to 180 days. Form contents are not saved to browser storage. Use Cookie settings in the footer or your browser’s site-data controls to review or clear this preference. These professional coaching enquiry forms are intended for adults. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate authorisation, contact us so we can review and address it.

We will update this notice when our practices change. A new purpose requiring permission will not be authorised merely because you previously acknowledged this notice.
